The PLC-Remote-Teleservice is used for more than 20 years in order to save on expenses for works on site.
Most of the plant stoppages are caused by little reasons, which often can be solved via Teleservice.
For many years Procontrol does work with Teleservice solutions from Wachendorff Germany. Of course we can provide also solutions from other manufacturers, if required by our customers.
